We can act as an issuing agent on behalf of the issuer of securities – distributing the securities and realising the resulting proceeds for the benefit of the issuer.
As a calculation agent, we'll perform the calculation of interest payable by the issuer of securities to investors. And as paying agent, we can also make payments to holders of securities.
