Vistra expands North America Funds team to sharpen customer focus and deliver progress without friction
Vistra recognises the growing need for cross-border solutions among clients in the USA and Canada, plus rising interest from international clients looking to expand and raise capital in North America. In response, Vistra recently acquired the Phoenix American Fund Administration and Transfer Agency business, enabling it to provide solutions for retail investors of any scale and is driving a further strategic expansion of its North America Funds team to sharpen its customer focus across this important sector.
Vistra aims to remove the friction associated with the complexity of global business. To make this a reality for clients, Vistra has invested in building trusted and transparent customer relationships through the introduction of new Enterprise Account Manager roles. These roles are designed to ensure that Vistra’s clients have a close ally by their side, demonstrating Vistra’s commitment to putting clients’ needs at the forefront of everything it does.
Rosemary McCollin, Head of Funds Commercial – Europe, UK and US at Vistra, who is leading this initiative for the Funds business in the US market explains, “Clients can expect an enhanced, seamless and frictionless experience with Vistra as their Enterprise Account Managers work to actively support their expansion plans, help drive solutions and deliver the optimal experience in their partnership with Vistra.
In the Funds business, I’m delighted to announce our new Managing Director in US Funds, Frank Anduiza, and four new Enterprise Account Managers in his team – Christopher Murphy, Sean Ward and two colleagues who join Vistra as part of our acquisition of the Phoenix American Fund Administration and Transfer Agency business – Matt Podolsky and Tony Olivo. The team look forward to collaborating with our clients and maximising the value they receive from partnering with Vistra.”
