Kroll Manco policies
Vistra Holdings Sarl has acquired Kroll (Luxembourg) Management Company (“Kroll Manco”), which enhances its position in the Luxembourg market with expanded asset management services.
Until then, Anil Singh, will oversee Kroll ManCo’s integration into the Vistra team. The legal merger of Vistra Fund Management and Kroll ManCo is pending regulatory approvals. The combined business will be rebranded to Vistra at a later date.
