Andrew is our Chief Financial Officer, joining Vistra in August 2024. 

He leads our Finance function and is responsible for driving the performance of the business to achieve our long term strategic and financial objectives. Andrew has 25 years' CFO experience in a range of high growth technology, financial and business service organisations. Before joining Vistra, he was Group CFO at Alter Domus, and was instrumental to its value creation, helping triple the company's size and facilitating its successful sale for over $5 billion.

Andrew holds an undergraduate degree in Physics and a master’s in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, Illinois. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  

Originally from Ireland, Andrew has lived and worked across five continents, fostering a passion for diversity and global business. He champions a growth mindset, and believes that continuous improvement, executional excellence and smart technology application lead to optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
